About the NFO Summit
Â
The inaugural NFO Summit is planned as a results-driven working conference exclusively for established nursing facility owners and operators, market-leading dealmakers, and specialized conference sponsors. For owners of skilled nursing portfolios, it is the room where real decisions get made: where capital is sourced, where operations are tightened, and where the next acquisition gets started.
The conference is planned for November 7-9, 2027 (placeholder dates) at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura, Florida. We are building a focused, high-value professional environment for owners who are serious about growing and improving their facilities.
About the Conference
The Place to Connect, Capitalize, Close
The NFO Summit keeps a strict standard, limiting attendance to principals who own 1,500 or more nursing facility beds (concept threshold - to be finalized). That means the owner of one very large facility or several smaller ones. The bar keeps peer-to-peer conversations direct, candid, and useful for every owner in the room.
The program is built around the two things every owner is working on right now: getting deals done and running facilities better.
Executing Transactions (Getting Deals Done): Capital sourcing, HUD and bridge financing, sale-leasebacks, joint ventures, and how buyers and lenders are underwriting skilled nursing today.
Optimizing Operations (Making Facilities Perform): Staffing and labor costs, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement changes, occupancy and census growth, survey readiness, insurance, and technology that moves the numbers.
The NFO Summit is designed for hands-on owners who run real facilities. Registration opens when the event is confirmed.
About the Sponsors
The NFO Summit offers corporate sponsors a curated setting to meet nursing facility owners face to face. Because attendance requires 1,500 or more beds (concept threshold), sponsors speak with the people who decide.
Our attendee-to-sponsor ratio is kept deliberately small, so every conversation is substantive and focused on solutions for owners and operators. Sponsor packages are placeholders until the event is confirmed.
